iyibir WMS connects to your Logo ERP system over a secure read-only connection. This means all ERP data (customers, suppliers, products, stock, orders) flows directly into WMS in real time. The integration is one-directional: WMS reads data from Logo and writes completed warehouse transactions (e.g., waybills) back to Logo ERP. Your existing ERP infrastructure is not disrupted.
For standard setups, initial go-live is typically 2–4 weeks: 1 week for technical installation and Logo integration setup, 1–2 weeks for data validation and configuration, and 1 week for user training. For complex multi-warehouse structures or custom integrations, this may extend to 6–8 weeks. We provide full support throughout the process.
The iyibir WMS mobile app supports Android 8.0+ and iOS 14+ devices. Industrial barcode scanners (Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic) running Android are also fully supported. The app works with both the device camera and dedicated barcode scanner hardware.
The AI assistant only accesses data you explicitly authorize. It is read-only and cannot modify data — a single assistant helps across all your operations with different capabilities (document scanning, stock queries, analysis). All communication is encrypted and your data is never shared with third parties or used to train AI models.
iyibir WMS is designed with KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) compliance in mind. Data is stored on your own infrastructure — you have full control. Role-based access control (RBAC) allows you to define exactly which users can access which data. All transactions are logged with full audit trail. You can choose on-premise or cloud hosting.
Yes. The mobile app supports offline mode for core operations such as barcode scanning, goods receipt, and counting. Transactions performed offline are automatically synchronized with the server when connectivity is restored. This is critical for warehouse environments with poor Wi-Fi coverage.
iyibir WMS supports all standard 1D and 2D barcodes (Code 128, EAN-13, QR Code, Data Matrix, etc.) via both device camera and dedicated scanners.
