Scan or speak
A short press on the on-screen trigger scans, holding it down listens. Scan the item and say "3 cases to A-12"; when the label will not scan, say the code: "VD-08 3 cases to A-12".
Hands are full on the warehouse floor: a case in one, a terminal in the other. Searching for a field, keying in a quantity and picking a shelf from a list slows the work down, and that is usually where mistakes begin. AI Mode runs warehouse work like a conversation: you scan the item or say its code, you say "3 cases to A-12"; the line arrives ready, is read back to you, and you approve it.
“VD-08 three cases to A-12”
“3 cases, shelf A-12. Shall I add it?”
Illustration. Writing to Logo goes through preview and approval.
In AI Mode every conversation is one transaction, such as goods receipt, transfer or relocation. A line goes through these steps from the moment it is spoken to the record in Logo.
A short press on the on-screen trigger scans, holding it down listens. Scan the item and say "3 cases to A-12"; when the label will not scan, say the code: "VD-08 3 cases to A-12".
Item, quantity, unit and shelf come together on one card. If something is unclear, AI does not guess; it lays out the options and asks.
A spoken line is read back in the device's voice: "3 cases, shelf A-12. Shall I add it?" "Yes" adds the line to the basket, "no" does not.
The basket goes through the same preview as the manual screens. If a lot, serial or shelf is missing, sending stays disabled and says what is missing.
After approval the record goes to Logo and the conversation closes with the document number. A send whose outcome is uncertain is not repeated; it is checked in Logo first.
AI Mode lives inside the mobile app. It does not replace the manual screens; it is a second route to the same basket, the same preview and the same record in Logo. For managers, the same assistant is also in the web panel.
Hold, speak, release. The audio is transcribed and not stored; the sentence becomes a line card, and the quantity and shelf on the card are read back to you.
An item scanned with the camera lands in the conversation as context; a typed or spoken "3 cases to A-12" then completes the line.
For an item with a worn barcode, say or type its code. The item is looked up by code first; if nothing matches, the sentence goes to the assistant as it is.
Questions like "Where is this item?", "How much is in stock?" or "Any open orders from this supplier?" come back as table and summary cards. Each card carries the button for the next job: relocate, receive goods.
Conversations are grouped by state: draft, awaiting approval, being checked, written to Logo. The document number shows in the conversation title and in the list.
Scan document photographs a dispatch note or invoice, or scans the box labels. The photo is not kept; lines are matched with Logo, marked "Certain", "Check" or "Not found", and become a goods receipt draft.
When the expected goods are not on the shelf, "Report short" first offers options: up to three shelves holding the same item, nearest-expiry lot first (FEFO). The options are calculated by rules and use no credit.
A side panel that opens from any page of the web panel: it answers questions like "Who is free?" or "Why did this variance happen?" from panel data, and drafts task assignments and applied recommendations that take effect on your approval.
AI in the warehouse is only useful when you stay in control. AI Mode works by these rules; they are not settings and cannot be switched off.
